| Event Description | On 04/22/09 Whole Effluent Toxicity test for Outfall 002 failed. South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control has been notified. Follow-up testing was completed and passed by the licensee.
No media release is expected from this event. The licensee has notified the NRC Resident Inspector, and will be notifying the States of North Carolina and South Carolina. |
