Title	Fitness for Duty - Illegal Drugs
Event Description	A non-licensed employee with occasional supervisory responsibilities had a confirmed positive for illegal drugs during a random fitness-for-duty test. The employee's site access was suspended. Contact the Headquarters Operations Officer for details. The licensee will notify the NRC Resident Inspector.
