Dear Mr. Cettin:

Pursuant to 10 CFR 74.13, Enclosure 1 provides completed Forms DOE/NRC-742, "Material Balance Report," and DOE/NRC-742C, "Physical Inventory Listing." The data on these forms provide inventory balances at Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) Units 1 and 2 (RIS:XHC) for the period ending August 31, 2019, for the following nuclear materials: enriched uranium fuel, plutonium in fuel, depleted uranium in fuel, and enriched uranium in neutron flux detectors.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 74.15, Enclosure 2 provides a Form DOE/NRC-741, "Nuclear Material Transaction Report." This transaction report reflects normal operational use of enriched uranium, and the production, fission, and decay of plutonium at DCPP Units 1 and 2 for the period ending August 31, 2019.

Enclosure 3 provides a personal computer disk transmittal form containing information on the data files for the above forms. The files were prepared in accordance with NMMSS Report D-24, "Personal Computer Data Input for NRC Licensees," dated August 1, 2016.

Pacific Gas and Electric Company makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this report.
