STAFF REQUIREMENTS - COMSECY-10-0006 - PROPOSED EXCHANGE OF CLASSIFIED AND SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION WITH THE UNITED KINGDOM--SEPTEMBER 2010 The Commission has approved the staffs recommendation regarding the exchange of classified and safeguards information with the United Kingdom.
The staff should update Management Directives 12.2 and 12.7 so that they clearly define the process and Commission Direction contained in the SRM for COMSECY-04-0034 for sharing Classified and Safeguards information, while still maintaining appropriate controls for clearances, as appropriate, and need-to-know.
