In accordance with 10 CFR 140.15 certified copies of liability insurance policy endorsements received in the second half of 2005 for each Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) nuclear plant are submitted to the Commission as proof of financial protection. Copies of guarantee of payment of deferred premiums (10 CFR 140.21) received in the second half of 2005 for each ENO nuclear plant are also provided.

A summary list of the endorsements is provided in Attachment 1 to this letter. Copies of the certified endorsements are provided in Attachment 2 for Pilgrim, in Attachment 3 for Indian Point 1, Indian Point 2 and Indian Point 3, in Attachment 4 for FitzPatrick, and in Attachment 5 for Vermont Yankee.
