Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) hereby certifies that the following individual has completed the eligibility requirements pursuant to 10CFR55.31 for a Senior Operator License:

Sandra L. Doboe 55-62009 As required under the condition for her license, a revised NRC Form 398 is hereby submitted (Attachment 1). She has completed the reactivity manipulations required for an Senior Operator License pursuant to 10CFR55.31(a)(5). This individual has also completed greater than 520 hours0.00602 days <br />0.144 hours <br />8.597884e-4 weeks <br />1.9786e-4 months <br /> on-shift training, under instruction. In addition, she has been enrolled in, and remains current in, the Licensed Operator Re-qualification Program since completion of her examination.

Based on completion of the eligibility requirements, NNECO hereby requests, consistent with 10CFR55.61(a), that Ccense be amended to remove the stipulation that required her to comply with the following condition:

"You shall not perform licensed duties until you have complied with 10CFR55.31(a)(5) and documented this on a revised Form-398." I
