Description

A Green self-revealing non-cited violation(NCV)of 10 Code of Federal Regulations(CFR)50, Appendix B, Criterion XVI, Corrective Action, was identified because Exelon did not implement prompt corrective actions to address a condition adverse to quality (CAQ) on primary containment isolation valve (PCIV) SV-3-7D-3671G.Specifically, drywellair sampling valve SV-3-7D-3671G failed to perform its PCIV function on February 1, 2018, by failing to stroke closed during its surveillance test as a result of untimely corrective actions.Exelon isolated the associated piping in accordance with technical specifications(TSs)
