Description | TS LCO 3.3.2.1 requires the ESFAS instrumentation channels and interlocks shown in Table 3.3-3 shall be operable. Table 3.3-3, Function 1.d, pressurizer pressure-low, requires that with the number of operable channels one less than the total number of operable channels in Modes 1, 2, and 3 (at and above the P-11 setpoint, or 1925 psig), startup and/or power operation may proceed provided that the inoperable channel is placed in the tripped condition within 6 hours.
