Failure to Maintain the Design Basis for Residual Heat Removal Torus Suction Valve

Description

The inspectors identified a Green finding and associated Non-Cited Violation(NCV) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50, Appendix B, Criterion III, Design Control, when the licensee performed an in-field adjustment to the torque switch settings on RHR torus suction valve 110017C and failed to ensure measures were established to assure the valve could continue to meet its design basis requirements.
