The purpose of this letter is to clarify Corrective Ac' ion 3 of LER 97-12, " Additional 10CFR50 Appendix R Section III.J Lighting Deficiencies." The corrective action reads in part l "The UFSAR will then be revised to be consistent with the revised FPEE 1-90-014 by l March 31,1998." The intent of this action was to process a Licensing Document Change l Request (LDCR) by March 31,1998. An LDCR is the internal document used to track j changes to the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR). The UFSAR will not actually be revised until the next periodic update as required by 10CFR50.71.
