Krieger (Southern Ca!!fornia Edison) to USNRC Document Control Desk, Dated April 22,1998 By the above referencad letter, SCE provided LER 1-1998-004 for an event involving safeguards drawings that were incorrectly decontrolled. That report indicated SCE's review of this occurrence was ongoing and that a revision to LER 1-1998-004 would be submitted if additional instances were noted.

SCE has completed our review and is submitting this revised LER to include the final results of the drawing review, and a more detailed discussion of the cause(s) of this event and the final corrective actions. Because this occurrence is applicable to all three units, a single report is being submitted in accordance with NUREG-1022, Rev.1.

Neither the health and safety of the public nor plant personnel were affected by this occurrence.
