~~'ef DOCKETNO.UNITNAMEDATECOMPLETEDBYTELEPHONEPAGE50-315D.C.Cook-UnitNo.18-6-80B.A.Svensson616465-59011of1MAJORSAFETY-RELATEDMAINTENANCEJULY,1980,M-1ThestemonDG-227C,'1CDdieseljacketwatersamplevalvewasbrokenwiththevalveopen.Thevalvewasreplaced.NSW-244-3,non-essentialservicewatercontainmentisolationcheckvalvefailedTypeCleaktest.Seatanddiscwerelappedandvalvereassembled.NSW-415-2,non-essentialservicewatercontainmentisolationcheckyylyefailedTypeCleaktest.Yalyebodycleanedandnewdiscin-stalled.M-4M-6M-8No.1steamgeneratorblowdownregulatingvalve,DRV-311,hadabodytobonnetleak.Disassembledvalve,repairedsteamcutsandre-assembledwithnewgaskets.Hadvalvetested.Thereciprocatingchargingpumpdischargevalve,CS-386,wasleakingby.Disassembledvalveandlappedseat.Reassembledwithanewstemandplug.ThesamplepumpforradiationmonitorsR-11andR-12wouldnotrun.Replacedthepumpandhadittested.Themotordrivenauxiliaryfeedpumpwasinspectedtocheckcondition,oftheoutboardpumpbearing.Replacedtherotatingassemblyandtestedthepump.Thewestcentrifugalchargingpumphadabrokenshaft.Replacedtherotatingassemblyandretestedthepump.Safetyinjectioncheckvalvesonthelinestothereactorcoolanthotlegsofallfourloops,SI-158Ll,L2,L3andL4hadbodytobonnetleaks.Replacedbonnetgasketsinallfourvalves.
