Renewal Application for License SNM-1373 (Docket 07001374)

Director, Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards, and Mr. Siurano-Perez,

We request renewal of License SNM-1373 for a period of ten years in accordance with 10 CFR 70.22. The attached renewal application specifies the planned uses of the special nuclear material and measures that will be conducted to ensure safety during use and security for the material. The application addresses all items required in 10 CFR 70.22.

In addition to the license application, we have sent to you our updated Physical Security Plan (revision 8), which is referenced in the license application.
