Dear Ms. Chen:

By letters dated June 10, 2022 [1] and June 30, 2022 [2], the NRC staff sent Requests for Additional Information (Parts 1 and 2) to support review of Amendment 7 for the HI-STORM FW Certificate of Compliance No. 1032.

Holtecs responses to the NRC staff RAIs Part 2 are in the attachments to this letter. The responses to the RAIs are provided in Attachment 1 and an update to the Summary of Proposed Changes is provided in Attachment 2. Changes to the FSAR as a result of the RAIs are included in Attachments 3 and 4 for both proprietary and non-proprietary versions, respectively. All proposed changes in Attachments 3 and 4 based on the RAI responses are highlighted in yellow to facilitate the NRC staffs review.
