Title:

Meeting to Discuss the SFAQ 2022-02 (SAE Program Requirements)

Date(s) and Time(s): October 12, 2023, 02:00 PM to 03:30 PM ET Location: Webinar Category: This is an Information Meeting with a Question and Answer Session. The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to discuss regulatory and technical issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed throughout the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.

Purpose:

This is a public meeting to discuss a question received on 10 CFR Part 26 Fitness For Duty program applicability to Substance Abuse Experts (SAEs) that perform services for licensees and other entities.

This is a Microsoft Teams webinar. Please join the meeting by selecting the URL in the Webinar section of this meeting notice. If a meeting participant does not have access to the internet, please call the telephone number listed in the Teleconference section of this meeting notice.
