An application fee of $150 is required as specified in fee Category 12 of 8170.31 Part 170, copy enclosed. On June 20,1984, the fee schedules in L Part 170 were tuvised and a new billing precedure established. Section b 170.12(c) provides that the licensee will be billed for all accumulated
" costs at six-month intervals or when the review is completed, whichever is earlier, up to the fee ceifing specified in the fee category.
Payment should be made to the ll.S. Nuclear Regulatory Consission and usiled to my attention.
