Upon a review of the testimony filed by the undersigned from the Washington office of Isham, Lincoln & Beale, it was discovered that the testimony of Mr. John Schimmels was the victim of word processors that had run amok. Material was printed out of sequence and omitted, and in one instance a substantial duplication had occurred. I am enclosing a corrected copy for the Beard and all parties.

The depth of my embarrassment is only exceeded by my regret for any inconvenience caused by the error.
