ACCEPTANCE FOR HIGHWAY ROUTE APPROVAL APPLICATION (U.S.

NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ROUTE NUMBER 263), DOCKET NUMBER: 070-07011

Dear Mr. Mosley:

I am writing to inform you that the content in the route application for transportation of spent nuclear fuel, dated May 7, 2020, has been determined to be complete. The route is now designated as number 263. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission will now conduct a detailed review of the application and the ability of the proposed route to meet the applicable regulatory requirements. Our goal is to complete our review of the application within 45 days of the date of this letter.
