2 NRC Inspector Findings THIS PARMRAPH CONTAINS SAFEGilA!!DS INFORfMT!0N ANO lS M9i FOR PUDLIC DISCLOSURE, ITIS !!!TENTIONALLY LEFT BLAN For long term corrective action, the licensee entered a notation in the Production Maintenance Management System (automated work order system) to the effect that a guard is needed when maintenance is being performed on the system. The licensee also initiated a review of all other penetrations that could provide access to the protected area to identify similar situations. That review was not complete at the conclusion of the inspectio The NRC-approved Millstone Physical Security Plan, Revision 1, dated January 2,1986, Section 4.2, Physical Barriers, states, in part,:
