Dear Mr. Sewell:

By application dated February 17, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML21049A135), as supplemented on July 14, 2021 (ADAMS Accession No. ML21195A282), Daher-TLI, (Transport Logistics International, Inc.) requested revision to Certificate of Compliance No. 9342, for the Model No. Versa-Pac package and consolidation of all amendment contents to Revision 12 to the Versa-Pac safety analysis report.

As requested, enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9342, Revision No. 16.

The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471. Those on the attached list have been registered as users of the package under the general license provisions of 10 CFR 71.17 or 49 CFR 173.471, Requirements for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approved Packages.
