Dear Mr. Anderson:
This refers to our Crystal River inspection report issued on August 27,1997. Due to a
typographical error, the Notice of Violation was incorrect. The Violation, third paragraph, last
word, should be documented as threat, rather than treat.
Additionally, the Inspection Report (Safeguards Information) contains an administrative error.
Page 2, second paragraph should be documented as..."two zones (2 and 10)," rather
than..."two zones (1 and 16)."
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR
Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the
Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the material will p_qi be placed in the
Public Document Room.
