Revision 11, dated August 11,1968, requires signofft in steps G.6, J.2, l and J.5, of the procedure. i Contrary to the above, on September 20, 1988, stens G.6, J.2, and J.5 of  :

Nuclear Performance Procedure 10.27 were not signect off even though those i* steps had been completed on September 19, 1988. [

Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201, Nebraska Public Puwer District is hereby.requirtd to submit to this office, within 30 days of the date of the letter tran3mitting this Notice, a written statement or explanation in reply, including for each violation: (1) the reason for the violation if admitted, (2) the correctlee steps which have been taken and the results achieved,

0) the corrective steps which will be taken to avoid further violations, and (O the date when full compliance will be achieved. Where good cause is shown, consideration will be given to extending the response time.
