ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AMENDMENT N0.113 , PC-212 (TAC 67067)

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.113 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee) in response to your application of January 15, 1980, March 31, 1988 and May 19, 1988.

The change to the Technical Specifications permits loads greater than 900 pounds to travel over the plant fuel pit to enable removal of control rods from the spent fuel pit.

A copy of our reTated Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Connission's, next regular biweekly Federal Register notice.
