ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 11 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. R-83 The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 11 to Facility Operating License No. R-83 for the Texas A&M University TRIGA reactor. The amendment consists of changes to the technical specifications in response to your submittal dated February 23, 1988.

The amendment modifies the title of one of the positions in your organizational structure for the Texas Engineering Experiment Station.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 11 is enclosed.
