Revision No.13 for the liodel Nos. OH-142 Series and NUS 10-135 shipping packages. This certificate supersedes, in its entirety, Certificate of Compliance No. 9073, Revision No. 12, dated June 6, 1985. Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin, l Those on the attached list have been registered as users of these packages l under the general license provisions of 10 CFR 571.12 or 49 CFR li13.471. This approval constitutes authority to use these packages for shipment I of radioactive material and for these packages to be shipped in accordance ' with the provisions of 49 CFR 6173.471. It was noted that the margin of safety for the lid bolts in the original i analysis was based on ultimate strength. This is not an acceptable l practice where containment is to be shown followin9 the hypothetical i accident conditions. Accordingly, within 60 days from the date of this I l letter, provide a revised analysis / design which is based on the yield strength of the lid bolts.
