Modification No.1 to Task Order No. 4 entitled. " Payroll /
Personnel (Pay /Pers) System" under Contract No. NRC-09-94-202 -
The purpose of this modification is to increase the amount-obligated in the task order by $24.000.00, from $80.000.00 to $104.000.00 and extend toe period of performance from April 1.1997 through December 31. 1997. Accordingly, the-subject task order is hereby modified as follows: '
The second paragraph. first sentence, beginning with " Task Order No. 4 . . ."
is deleted and substituted with the following:
" Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect July 29. 1996 through December 31.
1997."
This task order obligates total funds in the amount of $104.000.00. This
. amount shall not be exceeded until notice is provided to you that additional funds are available. It is estimated that this obligated amount will cover performance of work through November 30, 1997.
This task order modification obligates funds in the amount of $24.000.00.
Accounting data for this Task Order Modification is as follows:
B&R No.: 77N-15-321-015 FIN No.. E7046 APPN No. 31X0200.77N BOC Code: 252A OBLIGATED AMOUNT: $24.000.00 No increase in the ceiling amount of the subject task order relative to this modification shall be required.
The issuance of this task order modification does not amend any others terms 0 or conditions of the subject contract.
