We have reviewed Amendment 12 to the Trojan Nuclear Plant Radiological Emergency Plan which was submitted under Cover Letter TOW-485-87, dated September 30, 1987. We noted that the majority of changes were minor or editorial in nature, but several items required clarification. Acceptable clarifications were received during discussions between Mr. G. Brown, of my staff, and Mr. N. Dyer, of your staff, on January 12, 1988.

The results of our review indicated that the Trojan Emergency Plan, as changed, continues to meet the standards in 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR, Part 50, Appendix E.
