NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to 10 CFR S2.740a, Suffolk County, by its attorneys, will take the deposition upon oral examination of the first LERO Public Schools Coordinator listed on page 77 of the "Special Listing for Suffolk County,"

dated August 2, 1983, and described therein as working in Mineola as a " Consumer Serv. Rep." and residing in Wantagh on the subject areas of his or her duties, responsibilities and expected actions in his or her LERO position, his or her past experience and its relevance to his or her LERO position, his or her LERO training, and any other involvement he or she may have in emergency planning or implementation of the LILCO Tran-sition Plan. Such deposition will be taken before a Notary Public, or before some other authorized officer, at the H. Lee Dennison Building, Ninth Floor, Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge, New York 11788 on the 26th day of September, 1983, at 12:30 o' clock p.m. and from day to day thereafter until the examination is completed.
