DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Revision No. 3 to the ASME CoJe Section XI Inservice Inspection and ' lasting Program Attached you will find a copy of Revision No. 3 to the Prairie Island Code Section XI Inservice Inspection and Testing Program Manual covering the second ten year laterval of operation of the Prairie Island. This Program was submitted to the NRC on December 22, 1983 and approved by tt.e Staff on December 28, 1984. Revision Number 3 consists of a revised Eequest for Relief No. 9 and changes to the testing program.

NRC Staff review and approval is requested for revised Relief Request No. 9 for Units 1 and 2 in accordance with 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.55(g). The valve numbers referenced in Request for Relief No. 9 have been changed.

We are providing for NRC Staff information, the changes to the Inservice Testing Program. The changes are summarized in Attachment 1. These changes resulted from previous correspondence with the NRC and from a review of the testing program.

Also attached are instructions for entering the page revisions. Please contact us if you hav2 any questions related to this revision.

Attachment 1 Changes to the Prairie Island Inservice Testing Program 3 Second Ten Year Interval Revision 3 Relief Request No. 4 (Unit 1) Revision to Relief Request No. 4 was requested on June 27, 1991 and approved on Decemoer 31, 1991. The manual has been updated to reflect this change Relief _ Request No. 9 (Units-1 6 2) Revision to Relief Request No. 9 consists of updating valve numbers referenced on the relief request, Review and approval of this revision to the relief request is being requested with this submittal. The manual has been updated to reflect the new valve numbers.

Relief Request No. 66 (Units 1 & 2) This relief request was withdrawn on December 30, 1991.
