The purpose of this letter is to update Applicants '

February 8, 1984 response to Interrogatory 10-2 of Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy Tenth Set of Interrogatories to Applicants, dated January 6, 1984. The Interrogatory requests information about consultants to be used by Applicants on Issue No. 16, concerning the reliability of the Perry Nuclear Power Plant standby diesel generators.

Applicants have retained Southwest Research Institute as a consultant on Issue No. 16. Southwest Research Institute will assist Applicants in participating in the TDI Diesel Generator Owners Group Design Review / Quality Revalidation Program and in evaluating the completeness of that program as it relates to the Perry Nuclear Power Plant.
