This letter is to acknowledge that I received a copy of the Operating License Renewal package for your research reactor dated November 25, 2002.

Your application was received at least 30 days prior to the expiration date of your license satisfying the requirements of 10 CFR Part 2, Section 2.109 Effect of Timely Renewal Application. Because you met the requirements of 10 CFR 2.109, your existing license will not be deemed to have expired until your application has been finally determined.
