LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 12B4 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: To discuss the technical justification for potential repairs that may overlap remnant J-groove welds on the upper reactor vessel head penetrations at Point Beach, Units 1 and 2.
