[T]T] l The low flow to No. 21 CFCU was due to Valve 21SW57 tube bundle being plugged with l lTJT'] l American oysters. The valve was cycled to eliminate the oysters by erosion. No. 25 l 3 7 lCFCU failed due to a cracked solder joint in the back pressure square root extractor. l g l Joints subject to failure were resoldered.
