Dear Mr. Rogers:

I J

This leiter is to request that you allow Philadelphia Electric to restart its Peach Bottom Nuclear Plant. Your harch sanctions have resulted in the loss of many PECO executive and staff along with the flight of capital out of our region as well. PECO has been forced to cut back on j help for the Hispanic community of North Philadelphia.

These programs of helping young high school students get into college has been stopped. Philadelphia is a poor city with thousands of young Hispanic kids with no chance 1

of escaping poverty.

l I support your protection of the Public Trust and 1 l'

    1. dNb understand that operations of a nuclear power plant are held to a higher standard, but continuation of sanctions will only hurt the people of Philadelphia who are already suffering from high taxes, high crime and high unemployment.

We cannot continue to burn coal. Philadelphia's air l

pollution and ozone problems are very bad.

The new people running PECO have zero tolerance for any job quality less than perfection. Please allow PECO to restart Peach Bottom.

Respectfully yours, I

h.
