D-2 AMENDMENT NO.10 Effective May 1, 1977, Indemnity Agreement No. D-2, between Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated September 13, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended by modifying the prefatory language of paragraph 4, Article I, to read as follows:
