STN 50-553 Tennessee Valley Authority ) STN 50-554 Enclosed are twenty copics of TVA's " Geologic Foundation Report, Fault Descriptions" for the Phipps Bend Nuclear Plant. This report is in compliance with NRC's request as discussed in a meeting on May 31, 1978, at the Phipps Bend site with the NRC geologist, Sandra Wastler. Additionel information to update this report will be submitted before the FSAR. Included with the documents are copies of reports from TVA's consultants, Dr. Paul D. Fullagar and Dr. Fred Webb.
