LER CONTINUATION - RO# 2-79-82 Facility: BSEP Unit #2 Event Date: 10-19-79 inspected and cycled four times with proper operation noted each time. The annunciator card was replaced with one using correct logic for this applica-tion. Controls will be developed to ensure annunciator cards with the proper logic configuration are always used. All I&C personnel will review this LER with emphasis placed on the proper use of electronic components for their intended application. All Operations personnel will review this LER with emphasis on using available instrumentation during normal and special (PT's, etc.) operation and not relying on alarms. An EWR will be prepared to have _

plant Engineering investigate the reasons for F012 not going fully shut on all occasions.
