Michigan Electric Company.

Consumers Power does not oppose the motion and does not here join issue with Intervenors as to the decision's relevance to this proceeding. However, our lack of opposition should not be construed to represent acquiescence in the Intervenors' hypothesis as to the relevance of the decision.
