He will offer testimony re-garding the historical relationship of CEI and Cleveland particularly with respect to proposals for interconnection, negotiations for the 11 Kv service, operation of the 11 Kv and 69 Kv load transfers, competition, power supply  !

options available to Cleveland, CEI's refusals to wheel power for Cleveland, financial status of Cleveland's Municipal Electric System, maintenance of the Cleveland Municipal Electric System, Cleveland's $9. 8 million bond issue and policies of the Cleveland Municipal Electric System.

Mr. Sesler Titus. Mr. Titus is employed by the Division of Light and Power of the City of Cleveland. Mr. Titus will testify regarding the cause of outages of the Cleveland Municipal Electric System, the status of Cleveland's transmission and distribution facilities, operation of the 11 Kv load transfers and the 69 Kv load transfers, and the inability of Cleveland to properly maintain its system without an interconnection.

Mr. Raymond Cristell. Mr. Cristell is an empicyee of the Division of Light and Power of the City of Cleveland. Mr. Cristell will testify re-garding competition between CEI and Cleveland for retail electric customers including the activities of CEI in taking over Cleveland's customers and the effects of interconnecticns and nuclear power on competition.

Mr. George Paraskeva. Mr. Paraskeva is employed by Basin R. E. C.

in Bismark, North Dakota. Mr. Paraskeva was employed by the Division of Light and Power of the City of Cleveland from 1948-1963. He will testify with regard to the planning and reasons for installation of the Division's 75 Mw generating unit. ,

Air. John Fakult. hir. Fakult was Commissioner, Division of Light and Power, City of Cleveland, from 1963 to 1969 hir. Fakult may testify regarding efforts of the City to obtain an interconnection with CEI, CEI opposition to the expansion of the City's electric system and the inability of the City to maintain its system due to lack of an interconnection with CEI.

He may also testify generally regarding competition, CEI efforts to acquire the City's electric system and the negotiations which ultimately resulted in the 11 Kv load transfers.
