As discussed during the last prehearing conference, the Cot. .- hts agreed to serve the draft emergency plans for Coltrrbia County and e municipalities in both Columbia and Luzerne Counties, where available.

IL' following emergency plans are enclosed:

(1) Columbia County Radiological Emergency Response Plan For the SSES (DRAFT) (August 1981);

(2) Municipal Plans for 6 of 8 municipalities within the plume exposure pathway EPZ for Columbia County; and (3) Municipal Plans for 14 cf 19 nunicipalities within the plume exposure pathway EFZ for Inzerne County.

The ranaining municipal plans are under development and will be served as soon as available.

In addition, there have been a number of revisions to the Luzerne County plan served on the parties last nonth. Copies of these revisions, along wi% instructions for page replacement, are also enclosed.

T wish to remphasize that the emergency planning process for Susquehanna is lengthy and ongoing. All of the enclosed plans are subject to further change based on continued review. For exmple, some of the municipal plans are being revised to reflect recent clumges in the county plans. 'Ibe plans that have been served on the parties are beirc, submittrd to the FBR Regional Assistance Ommittee (RAC) for review and conment.
