OC Review Comment Follow-up Tim, I talked with Pete Tamburro, regarding whether there were any Moisture Barrier Seal Deficiencies identified in the 2006 VT inspections. According to Pete, only floor cracks were identified. No Seal or coating issues were identified by the VT inspections.
