Salem Unit 1 Feeder

Rich, I went over Len's additional comments on this feeder with him yesterday. The most important comment was that the violation for the missed pressure tests, presently only applies to Unit 1. After considering this, I agree with his comment. Unit 2 does have the performance deficiency but there has not been any consequence (detected degradation) on Unit 2. So far, the only degradation seen has been on unit 1.

This will change the IWA-5244 NCV to application to Unit 1 only.

Len requested that I make the recommended changes and have the feeder re-reviewed and signed before they include it in their report. I'll complete all the changes today and send it to Cheryl for concurrence.
