No. 2, Fire Protection Evaluation" submitted by the applicant by cover letter dated November 3, 1977.

A draft, Preliminary Safety Evaluation Report was prepared by GBA and submitted to NRC on October 13, 1981. The draft SER, which was based entirely on the November 3, 1977 submittal from the applicant, identified many areas where the WPPSS Nuclear Project No. 2 fire protection program is not in compliance with the guide-lines contained in Appendix A to BTP ASB 9.5-1, Appendix R to 10 CFR Part 50, and NUREG-0800, USNRC Standard Review Plan for the Fire Protection Program.

A completely revised Fire Hazards Analysis prepared by the appli-cant was received on October 26, 1981, too late to be reviewed and evaluated prior to the expiration of this task order.
