RE: Summary of Telecon -Oyster Creek Donnie, good summary -Darrell, Nancy, John Richmond and I talked to her also between 400 and 500pm Thursday.New Jersey will be invited to listen in to information call at 100pm conducted by Amergen today.Her additional point to us was well taken on Amergen's apparent failure to correct the monitoring of the poly bottles in the torus room (current CLB issue), apparently two tygons tubes came loose and were not connected from the tell tails to poly bottles. We will look into it before exit not a startup issue. She also noted that the isolation valve on the cavity trough drain line was found shut but (I believe) that was before the strippable coating started to give way.NJ will be invited to ask questions of Amergen at the end of call after NRC summary and they can call Nancy if they want to talk with NRC separately but not in front of NRC.I do not believe NJ (Lipoti) has any startup concerns but the outrage factor is HIGH right now.
