Haas Plant Safety and Licensing Director 10 CFR 50.61, PRESSURIZED THERMAL SHOCK -REVISED INFORMATION This submittal responds to a recent NRC verbal request to delete the proprietary designation of the information contained in Table 2-14 of the May 1992 Consumers Powet Company report "Projected RTprs for the Palisades Vessel Beltline Materials." That report was submitted by our June 5, 1992 letter. In that letter, we requested that the information in Table 2-14 be treated as proprietary to Combustion Engineering, Inc. ABB Combustion Engineering Nuclear Operation (ABB CENO}, by letter P-PENG-95-017 (Attachment 1), has released Consumers Power Company (CPCo) to withdraw the Combustion Engineering proprietary designation of Table 2-14. Consumers Power Company hereby withdraws the Combustion Engineering proprietary designation contained in Table 2-14 and submits Table 2-14 in a non-proprietary format (Attachment 2).
