- Description of the rule: This rule amends Part 72 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Licensing Requirements for the Independent Storage of Spent Nuclear Fuel, High-Level Radioactive Waste, and Reactor-Related Greater Than Class C Waste, to add Amendment No. 6 of Certificate of Compliance No. 1015 to the list of approved spent fuel storage casks.
- Dates: The direct final rule will become effective 75 days after publication, unless a significant adverse comment is received.
