ASLBP No. 12-916-04-LR-BD01 March 13, 2012 ORDER (Adopting Proposed Transcript Corrections) This Licensing Board heard oral argument on February 21, 2012 at the Montgomery County Court House, Norristown, Pennsylvania 1 on the admissibility of four proposed contentions presented by the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) in its November 22, 2011 petition for leave to intervene and notice of intention to participate.

2 On March 8 and March 12, 2012, in accordance with 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.323(a) and

2.327(d), the NRC Staff 3 and Exelon, 4 respectively, filed unopposed motions to correct the transcript of the February 21, 2012 oral argument. Each states that its proposed transcript 1 Notice and Order (Scheduling Oral Argument) (Jan. 31, 2012) (unpublished).

corrections are limited to corrections of errors that altered the meaning of statements made during the oral argument. No party opposes either Motion.
