Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) originally submitted a new SPPP for the new HQ building in August of 2023 (Ref. 1 ). Subsequently, NRC responded to GLE with several requests for additional information (RAI) (Ref. 2). A response to those RAls was submitted on Jan.

8, 2024 (Ref. 3). After subsequent phone call to obtain clarification of those RAI responses, GLE is re-submitting the RAI summary of responses and a revision to the original SPPP for HQ.

There are two enclosures to this letter.

• Summary of the RAls and GLE's response

• Revised clean SPPP for HQ with a redline mark up for ease of review.

The enclosures to this transmittal contain the full SPPP which is marked as Security Related Information and RAI responses.
