. Cables, associated materials and pulling compounds, were as specified.

'

. Pulling attachments and tensions used were acceptabl . Raceway and conduit conditions were adequate before cable was installe . Cable routing wes correc . Separation was maintaine . Cable identification was preserve No violations or deviations were identifie . Completed Work The NRC inspector observed and inspected completed cable and termination installations of various electrical cables to verify that the use of specified material and installation procedures conformed to NRC requirements. The NRC inspector verified that the above terminations agreed with the issued termination installation cards. The purpose of this inspection was

'

to determine whether:

. Cables and termination materials were as specifie Cable identification was preserved and located where specified.

'

.

!

. Cables did not have any damag . Terminations were properly located and made of the correct typ ; . Cables were protected from sharp edges, hostile environments and

'

adjacent construction activities.

,

. Cabinets, panels, cable trays, junction boxes were maintained free of

'

debri . Nonconforming conditions were identified and handled in accordance with approved procedures, including adequate justification for use-as-is dispositio However, during this inspection the NRC inspector observed that a deficiency existed with one of the wires terminated in motor operated valve (MOV) A1CVMOV0218. During the inspection of cable A1CVAAILK to verify correct termination, it was observed that a wire identified as A1CV11C1WA had been crushed between the valve cover and body of the above J

referenced MOV. The jacket of the wire had been broken and the bare wire

, was exposed. The licensee issued Nonconformance Report (NCR) No. SE-04409 to correct the deficienc The NRC inspector verified that all work had been completed in accordance with the referenced NCR.

!

'

No violations or deviations were identifie .

5. Receiving Inspection The NRC inspector observed and evaluated portions of receiving inspection activities pertaining to safety related cable and associated items. The i NRC inspector reviewed the following documents which pertained to the'

receipt of safety-related components: ~

! Receiving Inspection Planning for Permanent Plant. Items (RIP)

} No. 10443 "600 volt control cable."

. Identification appears on components and in receiving document . Physical condition (damage, deterioration) is indicate . Documentation relative to quality requirements is received with components and is reviewed to and meets requirement . Nonconforming components are documente . An adequate number of qualified personnel are available to perform the receiving inspection functio No violations or deviations were identifie . Storage The NRC inspector observed and evaluated storage activities and conditions for safety related electrical components and cables. The NRC inspector reviewed the following documents pertaining to the storage of electrical cable and equipment: Storage and Housekeeping Inspection Report, SHIR No. B-010 Storage and Housekeeping Inspection Report, SHIR No. B-010 Storage and Housekeeping Inspection Report, SHIR No. B-010 The purpose of this inspection was to observe and evaluate storage activities to determine whether:
