On November 24, 1974, and November 23, 1974, we reported to Mr. Norman C.

Moseley, Director, Region II, Regulatory Operations, an abnormal occurrence at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 involving underpower/ overpower monitoring relay maladjustments in the Reactor Protection System.

Attached is our report of that occurrence as required by Technical Speci-fication 6.12.3.
